Broadcast Club

As fourth and fifth graders in Wilmot, you’ve already learned to think like a journalist. You start by exploring these questions when investigating a topic: What do I already know? What do I want to learn? How do I investigate topics? And, after the research ask, What have I learned that I can share?

Now you have the chance to write and deliver the news in a live-streamed broadcast every Friday by reporting on the good, the bad, and the ugly in the local news. You could also do a sports wrap, share a funny joke or inspire us with a quote.

Registration to become a broadcaster will be sent home at the start of the school year.
